Following a major flood that destroyed the basement area of critical London Fire Station , Planned Technical Services were instructed by a leading Facilities management company to carry out the refurbishment of the area.

The fabric works included the initial demolition and drying out of the areas followed by the design and installation of new door Sets, vinyl and carpeted floorings, tiling, painting and decorating.

The mechanical and electrical services included the replacement of Lighting, small power, fire alarms, boiler and water heaters, dehumidifiers, hand dryers and pumps. The works were completed on programme and in budget.
