Planned Engineering Services recently carried out the installation of new boilers pumps and controls in a client premises due to issues around the safe maintenance of the existing plant. The plant was located within a small cupboard area on the first floor with the only access directly above the kitchen worktops. The cupboard floor area was also deemed to be not suitable for safe access to work for the maintenance engineers. The new boilers were installed in a suitable enclosure on the ground floor allowing free and safe access for servicing. The pipework was modified to allow services for each floor to be split between the new boilers
